Arrived here on a Saturday morning right before opening. There was one party ahead of us, and we didn't have to wait long. We took our order at the counter, and the person behind the counter was friendly and welcoming. We ordered the breakfast burrito and breakfast bowl. We really enjoyed our food. The flavors and textures all blended very well. Everything was fresh and clean. While I do enjoy my mock "meats" I really liked that everything that I had in my bowl was not processed, aside from the tofu.
The space was very nice and spacious. Lots of tables to choose from. Parking lot connected makes for easy access. The menu had a great selection that I would love to come back for! -

Not just carrots.
But, all about healthy drink and food selections.
Even their coffee and teas are healthy organic.
I don't eat here as there is a restaurant across the street which has my current food attention.
My staple here is the Triple Threat, primarily because of the amazing health benefits of pomegranate juice.
Additionally across the street is a tan bed shop where my then girlfriend frequented nearly daily.
So, she would tan, and I would have my food festival. Then we would met up at the frozen yogurt shop (her choice).
Then it would be hold on for dear life when she drove us off FAST in her sports car.
I paid the price for my younger years when I enjoyed speed. But, I was also at the wheel in those days.
Oh, back to the health shop/restaurant...great place. Expensive too. But, that's to be expected.
NOTE: read my other numerous reviews for tips, entertainment, and historic references. Thank you, Tim B. -

I am one picky eater. I'm a chef myself and I'm very critical of food. This place was really really good! I had the Nashville hot chickun sandwich and a salad, my husband had the raw Alfredo zoodles. Both dishes were really good and full of flavor. For dessert we had a pumpkin pie snickerdoodle cookie sandwich and a campfire brownie. They were amazing!! I'm definitely going back to try some of their other dishes. I definitely recommend that you try it out.

Went back to try some more yummy food here, and it was disappointing. I had ordered the seasonal tacos and they were deep fried , but not correctly. They were soggy and super oily and lacking in flavor. I ordered an extra side of salsa and some ranch and the salsa needed salt and the ranch was watery and tasted like nothing and I had no issue paying for it but it was definitely not good. The rice and beans with the dish also were flavorless and sad. The desserts are decent and can be dialed in a bit and their juice was good even though they forgot we ordered it and brought it out at the end of our meal. The complete flavor profile was lacking last night and I unfortunately have to change my 5 star review down to a 3 star review. Food and flavor need to be consistent regardless of your staff and time of day. -

Very delicious food, which is great because you know it's also healthy. They have an extensive menu and a variety of baked goods. Some are even gluten-free! Their strawberry matcha cream is my favorite drink. I visited with my dad and daughter and we spent 50 bucks between the three of us. It can get pricey depending on what you purchase (juices, smoothies and baked goods aren't necessary to eat with your meal, but how can you resist?!). I've been here three times in the past six years because I don't live in Arizona anymore. I probably wouldn't eat here regularly because it doesn't fit within my budget, but it would be a fantastic spot to meet up with a friend for lunch!

On 10/29/19 I could not buy organic carrot juice at lunch. I feel very disappointed. I called to speak to the owner and that didn't work.
